Where are CEQA cases heard and where do I file?
Desert Districts :
Victorville, Barstow, Joshua Tree, Big Bear and Needles Districts’ venues.
San Bernardino Districts :
San Bernardino and Fontana Districts’ venues.
West End Districts :
Rancho Cucamonga and Chino District’s venues.

When are CEQA cases being heard?
Desert Region: Fridays at 1:30 p.m. in the district Judge Gafkowski is assigned.
San Bernardino Region: Fridays at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in the district that Judge Alvarez is currently assigned.
West End Region: Monday through Friday at 8:30 a.m. in the district that Judge Plotkin is currently assigned.
