Superior Court of San Bernardino County to Discount Unpaid Traffic Tickets (Amnesty Program)
The program allows a defendant to make a lump sum payment of 50% of the outstanding balance on certain violations to fully satisfy the court-ordered debt ordered or paid prior to January 1, 2009.
The program will run from January 1, 2012, through June 30, 2012.
Only traffic tickets that were due and payable before January 1, 2009 are eligible to participate in the Amnesty Program. Parking tickets, driving under the influence (DUI), and reckless driving cases are NOT eligible for participation.

San Bernardino Superior Court is pleased to announce the expansion of its e-Delivery offerings to include Landlord/Tenant filings. Filers can use the “TurboCourt” (electronic filing) software from Intresys, Inc. to easily complete their required Court forms. The forms can then be printed, or for a small additional fee, they can be electronically delivered to the Court.
