Effective May 6, 2013, the following case types will be filed and heard as follows:
All Traffic infractions, Non-traffic infractions, Landlord Tenant, Small Claims, Domestic Violence, Civil Harassment, Workplace Violence, Elder Abuse and Postsecondary School Protective Orders, Petitions for Name Change, and Firearm Petitions will be filed and heard at the Barstow District.
General Civil, Unlimited and Limited matters will be filed and heard at the San Bernardino District – Civil Division. See the San Bernardino District - Civil Division for additional information.
Probate, Conservatorship and Guardianship matters will be filed and heard at the San Bernardino – Criminal, Family and Probate Division. See the San Bernardino District –Criminal, Family and Probate Division for additional information.
Criminal Felony and Misdemeanor, Family, and Adoption matters will be filed and heard at the Victorville District. See the Victorville District for additional information.
Hours of Operations
The Barstow District is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week during the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. The clerk’s office is closed on Monday and Friday.
Directions
Take I-15 north to the Barstow Road exit. Turn left at the Barstow Road exit and proceed to Mountain View. Turn left at Mountain View. The Court is located in the Law and Justice Center on the right side of Mountain View.
Drop Box Information
A drop box is located at the front entrance on Mountain View and available for properly completed documents, program completions and fine payments (check or money order only, no cash).
NOTE: Any document deposited in this drop box before 4:00 pm will be received on the same date and processed the following business day.
