Effective May 6, 2013, the Landlord Tenant and Small Claims cases previously heard at the San Bernardino Civil Division shall now be filed and heard in the Fontana District. The Landlord Tenant and Small Claims cases previously filed and heard at the Rancho Cucamonga District shall now be heard in the Fontana District.
Take the I-10 freeway to the Sierra Avenue exit. Turn north on Sierra Avenue (turn right if going west, turn left if going east) to Arrow Highway. Turn right (east) on Arrow Highway to Alder Avenue. The courthouse is located at the northeast corner of Arrow Highway and Alder Avenue.
A drop box is located at the front entrance and available for properly completed documents, program completions and fine payments (check or money order only, no cash).
NOTE: Any document deposited in this drop box before 4:00 pm will be received on the same date and processed the following business day.
